Return policy
We only replace items if they don't fit. Returns and refunds are not accepted. If you need to exchange your order, send an email to portuganic@gmail.com mentioning the reason why you wish to exchange it.
For orders in Portugal, the product(s) could be exchanged within 12-14 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the product(s) we will ship it in the desired size within 12-14 days. For orders outside of Portugal, the product(s) can be exchanged within 25-30 days from the reception of the order. Once our team receives the product(s) we will ship it in the desired size within 25-30 days.
To be eligible to exchange, it must be in good condition, without being worn or washed, and the packaging and the brand tag must be in very good condition.
The exchange must be previously authorised by portuganic. Once the exchange is authorised, our team will send you an email explaining the next steps to conclude the exchange process.
Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, portuganic will assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. We assume the responsibility of shipping back the new products. Portuganic cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage made by the courier.
