By placing an order at portuganic, you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or have your parents' permission to buy our products) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at portuganic. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

All personal information that you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by portuganic with responsibility, and your personal information will be used only to ensure deliveries to you, for credit assessment and to provide offers and information of our brand.
The information you provide us is only available to portuganic and this platform (shopify). Don’t worry, that will not be shared with others. You have the right to check the information held about you. You will always be able to request portuganic to delete or correct the information held about you.
Product
All products for sale on the website are subject to the stock available, without prejudice of portuganic making an effort to show the correct information concerning the availability of products added to the cart;
The photos on the website are merely illustrative, and users must carefully and fully read all information concerning the product’s essential features. These features are described next to the photos of each product, as well as warnings and instructions of use. In case of any doubt, users must contact portuganic in order to obtain any additional information, by filling out the form available for those requests or by contacting through email or telephone;

Price
The prices paid for the products ordered are those presented on this site. Shipping costs are not included in the price. They will be calculated according to the delivery country and the mentioned shipping method.
If you are located outside the european continent, different taxes and import duties may be applied. These fees will not appear in your order and we are not responsible for that. Be sure to check in with your local customs office before placing an order
Order
The client who want to acquire a product must:
- Validate the check out after reviewing his order.
- Fulfil the identification sheet with the requested information and indicate or confirm the billing and delivery address.
- Complete the order with the payment.
All the orders are guaranteed by the services CTT, with delivery within 1-2 days.
All data recorded are used as valid proof of the transaction.
Payments
Portuganic accepts payments with Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, and others. If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used for debiting your account will be automatically determined by the bank, or Payment operator, and not by us.
Credit Card payments are processed by Shopify. This platform payment operator ensures a safe, encrypted transaction. If payment is made using a credit card, a pre-authorization may be made to ensure that you have enough funds to complete the transaction.
After selecting the credit card payment option, you must enter the necessary data of your credit card, namely the cardholder name, the type of credit card, the number, validity and security code of the card. Then you only need to confirm the payment.
In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will contact you and may request further information to try and resolve the issue.
Costumer complaints
If you have a complaint, we will give you an answer within 3 to 5 days, at least.
Payment
All products remain portuganic's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is the one set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are known before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through portuganic are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information will not be stored. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Additional information
Portuganic reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice. If the purchased product is sold out, portuganic has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Portuganic shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
